Job summary

Dentalcare Group in Westbury is seeking a CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager to lead our mixed NHS/Private practice. You will oversee governance, staffing, rotas, appraisals and inductions while promoting a first-class patient service.

The role is 40 hours per week, 8am–7pm, Monday to Saturday, with pay negotiable based on experience. You will build strong engagement with associates and ensure compliance with Health and Safety, CQC and internal policies.

• Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Ensure that the practice is offering the best proposition through their opening hours.
• Ensure each practice is building their reputation in their local area as the go to dental practice.
