Job summary

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (NHS HIOW) is recruiting for a role within the Pharmacy, Optometry and Dentistry portfolio. You will provide specialist administrative and commissioning support, focusing on the Restorative Dentistry referral pathway, contract and financial processes, and performance reporting.

The post holder will analyse data, advise providers and stakeholders, coordinate meetings and maintain governance documentation to support service delivery across POD.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a similar public-facing role at a comparable level.
• Ability to communicate complex information in plain English.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist administrative and commissioning support across the POD portfolio.
• Validate and administer specialist referrals, support contract and financial management.
• Analyse performance data and provide advice to providers, clinicians and stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain governance documentation and contribute to service delivery.
