Job summary

PortmanSmile Clinic in Banstead is seeking a GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join as a Treatment Coordinator. You will guide patients through their treatment journey, support the team, and take digital scans as part of the patient pathway.

The role is patient-focused, with shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays 08:30–17:00 and a competitive hourly rate. A 9-month fixed-term contract is offered with benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor is welcome, or sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
• A caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A team player who thrives on delivering exceptional patient care and service.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join our welcoming team at Portman Smile Clinic in Banstead, working as a Treatment Coordinator (TCO).

This is a patient-focused role where you’ll guide patients through their treatment journey, provide support and information throughout the process, and work closely with our clinical team. The role will also involve taking digital scans as part of the patient journey.

Typical shifts: Wednesday &Thursday - 08.30am - 5pm

Competitive hourly rate from: £14.50 per hour

9 month Fix term contract

About you
