Job summary

Lincoln Orthodontics in Lincoln is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to turn questions into confidence and treatment plans into reality. This 12-month fixed-term maternity cover offers full-time hours (part-time considered), with shifts Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:45 and Friday 08:30-15:50, and a competitive hourly rate from £13.40.

We welcome candidates with experience as Treatment Coordinators or Patient Care Advisors, and those from sales backgrounds in customer-facing settings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor– we also welcome applications from those with sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
• A caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A team player who thrives on delivering exceptional patient care and service
