Henry Schein Dental Recruitment is seeking a Dental Receptionist for an established Horsham practice. This full-time role includes two Saturdays per month. No dental experience is required; a positive attitude and excellent communication are essential.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering high-quality reception, administration, and a welcoming atmosphere for patients, while supporting the practice team in a fully digital, professional environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a reception or administration within a customer facing role.
• Good IT skills and confidence using various computer software packages.
• A friendly and confident approach when dealing with people from all walks of life.
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• The confidence to use your own initiative.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A punctual, reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work weekdays and two Saturdays per month.

Aufgaben

• Providing a high quality reception and administrative service, ensuring an excellent patient experience while supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the practice, in line with GDC guidelines and practice policies.
• Building and maintaining positive, productive working relationships with all members of the dental team.
• Working closely with the Practice Manager on all aspects of practice administration.
• Helping to create a welcoming, professional and friendly environment for both patients and colleagues.
