Job summary

Dentalcare Group Berinsfield is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our mixed NHS/Private practice team. You will welcome visitors, answer calls, and keep the front desk organized in a busy, patient‑focused environment.

We offer 40 hours per week, training on our systems and a supportive plan for career progression. Up to 28 days holiday including bank holidays and Investors in People recognition are provided. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have a dental receptionist background or reception/front-of-house experience.
• Demonstrates commitment, hardworking attitude and drive to succeed.
• Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure and maintain discretion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, residents, families and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to enquiries appropriately.
• Manage reception duties and keep the front desk organized and welcoming.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general administration.
