Scottish Dental Care is recruiting a Full-Time Clinic Manager for Oban Dental Clinic. Lead a friendly team across NHS and private dentistry, taking ownership of a well-established practice and delivering excellent patient care.

You'll oversee financial admin, rotas, and team leadership while fostering a positive working environment and strong patient experience. Great opportunity for an experienced manager in a supportive, growing group.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical practice management – dental preferred.

Scottish Dental Care is excited to be recruiting for a Full-Time Clinic Manager to lead our fantastic team at Oban Dental Clinic.

Our modern 3-surgery practice provides a mix of NHS and private dentistry, and this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice or clinic manager to take ownership of a well-established practice and work alongside a friendly, experienced and supportive team of associates, nurses and reception staff.

What will you be doing?

As Clinic Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly and ensuring our patients receive an excellent experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial administration – including NHS claims processing and monthly financial reporting
• Patient care – handling feedback and complaints with empathy, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
• Team leadership – overseeing staffing levels and supporting clinical and non-clinical teams
• Rotas & organisation – managing daily rotas and ensuring the clinic is well staffed
• Communication – leading regular team meetings and creating a positive, efficient working environment

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a clinical practice management role – dental preferred

Hours of work

Monday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
Tuesday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
Wednesday: 8:45am – 7:00pm
Thursday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
Friday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
