Job summary

Colosseum Dental Group is seeking Call Centre Advisors for our Care Centre in the UK. You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service to dental patients over the phone and guiding them through their journey with Colosseum Dental UK.

This flexible hybrid role involves home-based days and required shifts at a fixed Colosseum Dental location, with a variety of hours across the week and additional shifts for coverage.

Job description

We are seeking Call Centre Advisors to join our Dental Care Call Centre!

As a Call CentreAdvisor within our Care Centre, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to improve lives, providing exceptional service and support to dental patients over the phone. You’ll be the first point of contact, using your professionalism, empathy, and commercial awareness to ensure every patient feels supported and confident throughout their journey with Colosseum Dental UK.

If you have dental reception or nursing experience and have used Dentally, we want to hear from you! Previous call centre experience would be great too and if you embody our core values of Care, Collaboration, and Entrepreneurship, are passionate about elevating patient experiences and have excellent communication skills, this is the role for you!

This is a flexible hybrid role, with days to be worked at home and as required at a fixed Colosseum Dental location.

Monday: 11am – 8pm & Tuesday: 11am – 8pm

Thursday: 9am – 6pm & Friday: 9am – 6pm

O ur Care Centre is open 7 x days per week, 8am - 8pm with shorter hours on weekends, flexible working is ideally required as additional shifts for holiday and sickness cover will be available.

You will also have right to work within the UK and be committed to maintaining the highest standards within both your role and the care centre. A DBS will also be required.
