Colosseum Dental Group is seeking a Patient Co-ordinator for Church Hill Dental Clinic in Midhurst. You will be based at the reception, coordinating patient appointments and supporting the flow of the diary alongside nurses and dentists.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Coordinator to join our busy Church Hill Dental Clinic, Midhurst.

This 3 surgery practice offers general dentistry and hygiene as well as implants, clear aligners and facial aesthetics to NHS and private patients. The practice has a fantastic, longstanding team, close to local amenities and offers some car spaces outside the practice or a 3 minute walk from two nearby car parks.

Your role will be pivotal in leading our core purpose of improving people’s lives and will be directly responsible for facilitating appointments for patients to improve their oral health and in turn, overall health.

As a Patient Co-Ordinator you will be based on the reception desk and will collaborate with nurses and dentists to support the running of patient appointments while reducing wasted space in the diary which could have been offered to someone in the local community. You will also be encouraged to look for opportunities to grow the practice’s potential.

Hours: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 08:00 - 17:15, Wednesday - 07:45 - 17:45 and Saturday - 08:00 - 16:15
