Colosseum Dental Group is seeking a part-time Call Centre Advisor to join our Care Centre in the UK. You will handle patient enquiries by phone, ensure a supportive experience, and guide patients through their journey with professionalism and empathy.

The role is hybrid, with home and on-site work. Hours vary with a fixed schedule: Mon–Wed 11:00–20:00 and Thu 08:00–17:00, with the Care Centre open 7 days a week and additional shifts for cover as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Dental reception or nursing experience is essential.
• Dentally experience is preferable.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is required.
• Ability to meet performance targets and maintain patient focus.
• Excellent communication, empathy and active listening.

We are seeking a part time Call Centre Advisor to join our Care Centre!

Hours - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 11:00 - 20:00 and Thursday - 08:00 - 17:00

As a Call CentreAdvisor within our Care Centre, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to improve lives, providing exceptional service and support to patients over the phone. You’ll be the first point of contact, using your professionalism, empathy, and commercial awareness to ensure every patient feels supported and confident throughout their journey with Colosseum Dental UK.

Experience of dentalreception or dental nursing is essential and use of Dentally is preferable. If you embody our core values of Care, Collaboration, and Entrepreneurship, are passionate about elevating patient experiences and have excellent communication skills, this is the role for you!

This is a flexible hybrid role, with days to be worked at home and as required at a fixed Colosseum Dental location.

Our Care Centre is open 7 x days per week, 8am - 8pm with shorter hours on weekends, flexible working is ideally required as additional shifts for holiday and sickness cover will be available.

About You

We’d love to hear from you, if you have the following :

• Dental reception or nursing experience
• Dentally experience
• Previous call centre or customer service experience
• Ability to meet performance targets
• Strong communication and active listening skills to understand and support patient needs
• Empathy, patience and compassion
• Excellent organisation skills with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to use different IT systems and work in a fast-paced role

You will also have right to work within the UK and be committed to maintaining the highest standards within both your role and the care centre. A DBS will also be required.
