Envisage Dental Group in Wrexham is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist/Administrator to join Ruabon Road Dental Practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, handling reception, bookings and payments while supporting the clinical team to deliver a smooth patient journey.
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, and offers in-house training, a supportive team environment, pension contributions and a National Living Wage rate where applicable.

Ruabon Road Dental Practice, located in the heart of Wrexham town centre, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist/Administrator to join our welcoming team.
Our well-established practice provides both NHS and private cosmetic dentistry, and we pride ourselves on creating a friendly, professional experience for every patient.
As part of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm and professional welcome while helping the practice run smoothly.
You’ll have a varied role, combining patient care, reception and administration. You'll work closely with the clinical and wider team and will play an important part in ensuring our patients receive an excellent experience from their first enquiry onwards.

You don't necessarily need previous dental experience. What matters most to us is your attitude, your ability to connect with people and your willingness to learn. Full training and support will be provided.
