Envisage Dental Group in Wrexham is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist/Administrator to join Ruabon Road Dental Practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, handling reception, bookings and payments while supporting the clinical team to deliver a smooth patient journey.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, and offers in-house training, a supportive team environment, pension contributions and a National Living Wage rate where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have friendly, professional customer service.
• Experience in reception/administration is required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm, professional welcome.
• Manage reception duties and keep the patient journey running smoothly.
• Book, manage and confirm appointments and respond to enquiries by phone, email and website.
• Present treatment plans and handle payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with the clinical team.
• Support the administration and management teams as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
