Job summary

365 Recruit is seeking an experienced Demolition Supervisor to work on a live demolition project in SE London. This is a non-working supervisory position, but you will be highly visible on the floors, actively managing the workforce, driving productivity and ensuring works progress safely and in line with programme.

Applicants must have a Valid CCDO Gold Card - Demolition Supervisor and demonstrable experience supervising demolition works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise demolition workforce on site.
• Ensure works progress to programme and on schedule.
• Maintain safety on site and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate operatives, plant and resources to meet targets.
• Liaise with site management and subcontractors as needed.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Demolition Supervisor to work on a live demolition project in SE, London.

This is a non-working supervisory position, however, you will be expected to be highly visible out on the floors, actively managing the workforce, driving productivity and ensuring the works progress safely and in line with programme.

This is a demolition project rather than a soft-strip scheme, so applicants must have demonstrable experience supervising demolition works.

Key Requirements:

• Valid CCDO Gold Card - Demolition Supervisor
• Strong previous experience supervising demolition projects
• Confident managing and coordinating demolition operatives on site
• Able to drive productivity and keep works progressing to programme
• Strong understanding of demolition health & safety procedures
• Comfortable being hands-on from a management perspective and regularly out on the floors
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Available to start ASAP

Licence/Certification:

• CCDO Gold Gard (required)
