Job summary

Synergy Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced CCDO Gold Card Demolition Supervisor for a live project in Northallerton, North Yorkshire. You will oversee demolition operatives, ensure works adhere to RAMS, and drive health and safety standards while coordinating with the Site Manager to maintain the programme.

The role is full-time on site with an ASAP start. Competitive CIS rate and ongoing work for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• CCDO Gold Supervisors Card is essential.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification required.
• Experience supervising demolition operations is essential.
• Strong knowledge of demolition health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise demolition and strip-out works on site.
• Manage demolition operatives and coordinate daily activities.
• Lead toolbox talks and daily briefings.
• Ensure RAMS are followed at all times and document variations.
• Complete site paperwork and maintain health & safety standards.
• Coordinate with Site Manager and other contractors to keep to programme.
• Stay hands-on when required to support on-site tasks.

Duties

You will be responsible for supervising demolition operatives and ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with the site programme.

• Supervising demolition and strip-out works
• Managing demolition operatives on site
• Conducting daily briefings and toolbox talks
• Ensuring RAMS are followed at all times
• Completing relevant site paperwork
• Monitoring health & safety standards
• Coordinating with the Site Manager and other contractors
• Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
• Being hands-on when required

Requirements

• Valid CCDO Gold Supervisor Card - essential
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Previous demolition supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of demolition health & safety procedures
• Experience managing demolition operatives
• Confident completing site paperwork, briefings and toolbox talks
• Good communication and leadership skills
