Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is recruiting for a Site Manager / Site Supervisor with a strong demolition background to lead projects across the Midlands and beyond. You will coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors and specialist trades, ensuring delivery on time, safely and in line with programme.

The role requires a proven track record in demolition, a thorough understanding of RAMS and safe systems of work, and the credibility to liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within demolition or deconstruction.
• Previous experience as Site Supervisor, Site Manager or similar.
• Excellent understanding of site health & safety.
• Experience managing demolition operatives, plant and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of RAMS, sequencing and safe systems of work.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The confidence to work with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Appropriate industry qualifications and training.
• Flexibility to travel to projects where required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors and specialist trades to deliver projects safely and on schedule.
• Maintain site management standards, documentation, communication and client liaison throughout the project.
