Job summary

ONLi Group Ltd in Greater London is seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to oversee planning, execution and delivery of complex demolition schemes. You will work with clients, engineers and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and on-time performance.

The role demands strong budgeting, scheduling and leadership skills, with a proven track record in demolition. You will manage procurement, vendor relationships and report progress to senior management, while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the demolition industry.
• Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of demolition projects, from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Manage procurement, subcontracting, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
