Job summary

ONLi Group Ltd client is seeking a Demolition Site Manager (CCDO) to oversee regional projects locally and nationwide. Immediate start with a path to progression within the demolition business unit. A competitive salary and full benefits package are on offer.

You will manage live sites, ensure RAMS compliance, lead site teams and liaise with clients, engineers and operatives to deliver safe, compliant demolitions.

Qualifications

• Valid Black CCDO Demolition Manager Card (essential).
• SMSTS, First Aid at Work and Fire Marshal certifications.
• Proven experience managing structural demolition and enabling works on live or high-profile sites.
• Strong knowledge of demolition health & safety legislation, RAMS, and temporary works coordination.
• Ability to lead demolition site teams, ensuring compliance with environmental and waste management standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, demolition engineers, and demolition site operatives.

Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary demolition contractor. Due to growth, they are currently looking for several Demolition Site Managers (CCDO). The Demolition Site Manager is to oversee regional demolition projects in the local area and nationwide. This is a permanent role with the opportunity to progress within the Demolition business unit.
