Job summary

Our client is a leading specialist demolition and enabling works contractor delivering complex projects across sectors in the UK. This Trainee Project Manager role offers a clear path into project management with hands-on experience on live sites.

You'll work alongside experienced managers, gain exposure to planning, coordination, reporting and client liaison while developing your career within the demolition sector.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Previous site or construction experience is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in project management.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS Card (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of demolition and enabling works projects.
• Support Project Managers with planning, programming and site coordination.
• Attend client, site and progress meetings.
• Liaise with Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress against programme.
• Assist with health & safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Help coordinate labour, plant and materials.
• Produce site reports and project documentation.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and project teams.

The Role
