Job summary

INDLON is recruiting an experienced Demolition Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the Northeast of England. You will manage 2–3 contracts simultaneously, with project values up to GBP5 million, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

• Proven experience as Contracts/Project Manager with a demolition contractor.
• Strong track record delivering residential and commercial demolition projects.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to manage budgets and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Are you an experienced Demolition Contracts Manager looking to join a well-established contractor with an excellent reputation in the industry?

Our client is a highly respected Civil Engineering & Demolition Contractor with over 50 years of successful trading history, delivering complex demolition and enabling works projects across a range of sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Demolition Contracts Manager to oversee projects throughout the Northeast of England.

The Role

As Demolition Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple demolition projects, typically managing 2-3 contracts simultaneously, with project values of up to GBP5 million.

Working closely with site teams, clients, and senior management, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest operational standards.
