Job summary

INDLON is recruiting an experienced Demolition Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the Northeast of England. You will manage 2–3 contracts simultaneously, with project values up to GBP5 million, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

You will work closely with site teams, clients and senior management to drive commercial performance, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain strong client relationships while

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Contracts/Project Manager with a demolition contractor.
• Strong track record delivering residential and commercial demolition projects.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to manage budgets and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple demolition projects across the Northeast of England.
• Oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to high standards.
• Monitor costs, profitability, and project forecasts.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.
