The PIG Hotel is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie in Canterbury to join a kitchen that draws daily inspiration from its garden and local producers. You will assist the Chef de Partie in managing one of four sections and have the opportunity to rotate sections to gain broader experience.

Our chefs thrive on a personal, modern British style and daily changing menus. This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week, including paid overtime, offering a vibrant, collaborative working environment.
