The PIG at Bridge Place in Canterbury is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will support the Chef de Partie across one of four sections, with a daily changing menu inspired by the garden and local producers.

About the role

Location: THE PIG - at Bridge Place, Canterbury, CT4 5BH

Salary: £11.73 - £13.06 per hour (OTE £14.43 - £15.76 per hour)

Hours: 40 hours per week, including any paid overtime.

A Demi Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other, you will be working with a daily changing menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and the local area. As a PIG Demi Chef de Partie you will assist the Chef de Partie in overseeing one of our 4 sections. You will have the opportunity to change sections to gain experience in all areas of the kitchen.

Our chefs are chatty people, having constant conversations with the gardeners, local farmers, butchers, and fishmongers about what is available and what is in season.
