Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will prepare dishes using fresh produce, balance flavours with traditional methods, and ensure high standards of presentation and hygiene to delight guests.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in a similar role, is passionate about hospitality, reliable, and eager to learn as part of a growing team.

Requirements:

The ideal person will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties will include:

1. Ensure all dishes are prepared using fresh produce, combining contemporary flavours with traditional techniques.
2. Ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard and complies with food safety regulations.
3. To support the achievement of budget food gross profit.
4. To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the Kitchen operation.
5. To ensure the Company Healthy and safety, food safety and COSHH legislation is adhered to.
