Qualifications

This autumn will mark the launch of Labombe by Trivet, a new partnership between the team behind two Michelin-Starred restaurant Trivet and COMO Metropolitan London, based on Park Lane, Mayfair.

Labombe by Trivet will be a wine-forward restaurant; an evolution of the original bar concept created by Co-Founders, Michelin Starred ChefJonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal . We’re on the lookout for a Demi Chef de Partie who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen.

As a Demi Chef de Partie , you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, working closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. You will uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and culinary excellence.

  • Passion for food, presentation, and continuous learning
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
