Job summary

Searcys is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie for our Church House venue in London. You will work across events including conference, banqueting and fine dining, with opportunities to be creative and learn from a skilled team.

We offer a 0 hours contract, Monday–Friday, and a salary of £16.50 per hour. Benefits include a generous leave policy, meals on shift, and access to the WSH Group Chef Academy.

Qualifications

• Very well organised and ability to prioritise workload.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent standards.
• Experience in working in a 5 star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable.

Responsibilities

• To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
• Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
• To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to
• Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.

Working as a Demi Chef De Partie for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver food that creates lasting memories.

Church House is a Grade II listed multi-purpose event and conference venue, located in the heart of Westminster. Church House Westminster has a long and rich history interspersed with notable links to royalty, Parliament and the Second World War.

Job Description

We are looking for personable individuals to join our Kitchen Brigade as Demi Chef de Partie. You will work across a number of different events including conference, banqueting and fine dining . You will get a chance to be creative and work with the finest ingredients and with a team that will nurture you for the future.
