Location: THE PIG - at Bridge Place, Canterbury, CT4 5BH
Salary: OTE £14.71 per hour, including tronc.
Hours: 40 hours per week, over 5 days, plus any overtime.
A Demi Chef de Partie role at THE PIG offers a unique experience, working with a daily changing menu influenced by our kitchen garden and local area. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist the Chef de Partie in managing one of our four sections and will have opportunities to rotate through different sections to gain comprehensive kitchen experience.
Our chefs maintain constant communication with gardeners, local farmers, butchers, and fishmongers to stay updated on seasonal ingredients and availability.
