OTE £14.71 per hour, including tronc.
40 hours per week, over 5 days. Plus any overtime.
A Demi Chef de Partie at THE PIG offers a unique experience working with a daily changing menu influenced by our kitchen garden and local area. You will assist the Chef de Partie in overseeing one of four sections and have opportunities to gain experience across all kitchen areas.
Our chefs engage in constant conversations with gardeners, local farmers, butchers, and fishmongers about seasonal ingredients.
We seek passionate and enthusiastic individuals who love modern British food. Our menu changes daily, allowing for a personal and innovative cooking style. Our chefs regularly develop new ideas.
