Job summary

Alzheimer Scotland in Scotland seeks a Day Services Manager to lead high quality, therapeutic registered day services and community supports for people with dementia and their families. You will ensure services meet quality guarantees and work with local health and social care partners.

You will manage referrals, support delivery, drive continuous improvement, supervise staff, and ensure evidence-based practice adheres to national standards and Alzheimer Scotland policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in social care or health settings.
• Knowledge of Health and Social Care Standards and related codes.
• Ability to support people living with dementia and their families.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day services to ensure high quality, person-centred support.
• Oversee referral and assessment processes and collaborate with health/social care partners.
• Provide strong line management, appraisals and continuous service improvement.
