Job summary
The Royal British Legion is seeking compassionate Care Supervisors (Days) to lead and supervise care teams at Dunkirk Memorial House. We have a full-time 37.5-hour and a part-time 25-hour contract available, with emphasis on delivering compassionate, high-quality dementia care within our vibrant Mews unit.

Qualifications
- Educated to Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent and evidence of continuous professional development relevant to Dementia care practice is essential
- Medication administration experience
- Experience working with external health professionals and care planning
- Previous experience of working in a Care Home with older people or working in adult social care is required to fulfil this role
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise care teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care
- Prepare comprehensive care plans promoting wellbeing and encouraging beneficiary and family participation
- Support dementia-focused care at the Dunkirk Memorial House (The Mews) and reflect its sensory-stimulating, person-centred approach
