OSJCT Bemerton Lodge in Salisbury is seeking a Care Leader to join our team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to 56 residents. You will lead a small team, support the Home Manager and ensure care plans are regularly reviewed to provide security, dignity and independence.

Contracted hours are 36.75 per week, 6:45–19:00 for three days with alternate weekends. We offer career development, clinical training, competitive salary and benefits as part of our not-for-profit ethos.

Competenze

• Residential care experience with NVQ diplomas or willingness to study.
• supervisory experience is helpful but not essential.
• Strong communication and positive role-model attitude.

Mansioni

• Lead a small care team to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Support the Home Manager and oversee care planning and reviews.
• Ensure residents' security, dignity and independence are maintained.
