Job summary

OSJCT Group seeks a Care Leader in Witney to oversee a small care team and deliver compassionate, high-quality residential care. You will plan and implement care, regularly review care plans, and ensure residents’ wellbeing, dignity and independence while managing time between team support and resident care.

The role offers NVQ-aligned development, weekend enhancements, and a supportive, not-for-profit environment in a welcoming home setting.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or NVQ Level 2 with willingness to study for NVQ 3.
• Supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small care team to deliver outstanding care to residents.
• Plan, implement and review care plans with continuous assessment.
• Balance supporting the team with residents' wellbeing and dignity.
• Ensure safety, security and independence for residents in daily tasks.
