Orders of St. John Care Trust is seeking an experienced Care Leader – Dementia Lead at Cherry Garth, Holmer Green, High Wycombe. You will lead a small team of carers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred dementia care and regular review of care plans to support residents’ dignity and independence.

You’ll combine strong communication, leadership and clinical training to develop your team, while contributing to a nurturing, rewarding environment. 36 hours per week with competitive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in residential care; ability to supervise and support staff.
• Strong communication skills and a positive role model for residents.
• Ability to lead care planning, review and evaluation to maintain high standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead a small team of carers to deliver outstanding dementia-focused care.
• Plan, implement and review care plans to ensure dignity and independence for residents.
• Support Home Manager and ensure wellbeing and safe practices across shifts.
• Balance time between supervising staff and direct resident care.
