• Lead a team of Housekeepers and Laundry Assistants to deliver high standards of cleanliness.
• Ensure every room and living space is clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Champion hygiene and infection control within the home using specialised equipment and materials.
• Provide a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors, with focus on quality service.
