Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Dementia Care Manager for Roseberry Manor Care Home in Epsom. The role focuses on managing dementia care delivery, embedding the company strategy, and ensuring person-centred plans for residents in a caring, supportive environment.

You will work with the care team to promote independence, liaise with families, and uphold high standards of care across the home, within budgeted resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of CQC standards and requirements.
• Industry-relevant qualifications.
• Knowledge of care services businesses and the UK health and social care market.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the plan care day is accurate and reflected in the care needs summary, with person-centred care plans.
• Build relationships with residents and families; advocate for residents' best interests.
• Collaborate with Activities Team to develop meaningful activities for residents with dementia.
• Promote a culture that maximises residents' independence and quality of life.
• DBS disclosure check cost covered by Avery Healthcare.
