Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Dementia Care Manager for Rosebery Manor Care Home in Epsom. You will be responsible for the overall management of the dementia community, implementing the care strategy and managing resources within a budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
• Comprehensive understanding of CQC standards and requirements.
• Knowledge of care services businesses and the UK health and social care market.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall Dementia Community operations within a given budget.
• Develop and embed person-centred care plans for residents with Dementia.
• Collaborate with residents, families and the Activities Team to deliver meaningful activities.
• Promote a culture that maximises residents’ independence and quality of life.
