Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm and dedicated Care Supervisor for Rosebery Manor Care Home in Epsom. You’ll lead a small Care Services team, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and resident safety with dignity and independence at the core.

You’ll role-model compassion, coordinate daily observations, and respond to concerns from residents and families while supporting colleagues to grow professionally within our UK-wide luxury care provider.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Medication administration qualification and relevant experience.
• Previous Senior Care experience.
• Ability to organise, lead, inspire and influence a team.

Aufgaben

• Promote and deliver high quality person-centred care to residents.
• Monitor and report residents' daily progress and document observations.
• Address concerns or complaints from residents or relatives promptly.
• Provide ongoing support for residents, families and the Care Services Team.
