Taco Bell seeks a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join the UK & Europe team. You will leverage data insights to report, optimise performance and support supply chain ambitions across multiple European markets.

You will forecast demand, manage supplier performance and develop KPI dashboards to drive decision-making and cost management. This role is based in the UK office and requires strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years experience in supply chain analytics, procurement, or logistics management.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Strong data visualization with Power BI.
• Self-starter capable of solving complex problems with limited data.

Responsibilities

• Automate demand baseline forecast at SKU item level in Power BI.
• Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources including supplier reports, sales forecasts and market trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs such as cost of sales, supplier performance, forecast vs actuals, stock holding and weeks cover.
• Provide weekly reporting to the Supply Chain leadership team.
• Create end-to-end commercial reporting for full visibility of stock in the network.
• Review historical trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical models and evaluate results.
• Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations and support business strategies across functions.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Buying to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.
