Job summary

Cibus People Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst in Essex to drive material planning, forecasting and S&OP within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will work across Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, Technical, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure timely availability of materials and data-driven decisions. The role is site-based with some weekend coverage and requires strong Excel, SQL and BI tooling skills.

Qualifications

• Experience across supply chain planning, procurement, inventory and data analysis.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Experience with Power Query and ideally Looker or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own material planning, forecasting, MRP and S&OP.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, Technical, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure materials availability.
• Turn data into clear recommendations and actions for improvements.
