Bamford Collection is seeking a dedicated Demand Planner for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Cotswolds office. You will balance supply and demand across a diverse product range including food, home, and beauty, coordinating with global suppliers and internal teams.

Key focus areas include forecasting accuracy, stock availability, and collaboration with logistics and buying to optimise stock levels. This role supports sustainability and responsible business practices in a growing group.

Responsibilities

• Using stock replenishment tools to place orders in line with forecasted figures and follow up with suppliers.
• Work closely with logistics partner to track deliveries from across the globe.
• Partner with warehouse to ensure stock level accuracy and timely goods receipt.
• Collaborate with buying teams to maintain correct stock levels and up-to-date product information.
• Respond to all incoming emails promptly.
• Monitor short, dated stock and liaise with buying teams.
• Drive social and environmental improvements in line with sustainability vision and B Corp journey.

About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Demand Planner to join our growing Supply Chain team at our office in the Cotswolds. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position.

You will help the business to ensure good availability of a wide array of products including food and drink, home furnishings and beauty products. You will liaise with both local organic and artisanal suppliers from all across the globe as well as collaborating with our internal buying teams across other departments.

You will play a crucial role in balancing supply and demand, ensuring our business operates efficiently so having a mix of analytical, technical, and strategic skills.

Responsibilities

• Using our stock replenishment tools to place orders in line with larger forecasted figures and following up on these with suppliers to ensure speedy delivery.
• Working closely with our logistics partner to track deliveries into the business from all across the globe.
• Partnering with our warehouse to ensure stock level accuracy as well as timely goods receipt.
• Working closely with our buying teams to ensure correct stock levels are in place and product information is kept up to date.
• Responding to all incoming emails in a timely manner.
• Helping to monitor short, dated stock within our warehouse and liaise with the buying teams
• Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
• Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.
