Job summary

A leading design-led skincare brand is looking for a Demand Planner to join their EMEA Supply Chain team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role requires expertise in demand forecasting across channels for a values-led business. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning (ideally within FMCG/retail/beauty industries).

We’re excited to be supporting an exciting design-led skincare brand on their search for a Regional Demand Planner, to join their dynamic EMEA Supply Chain team – initially on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced planning professional to take ownership of demand forecasting across multiple channels and markets in a fast-growing, values-led business.

About the role:

  • Lead the regional demand planning process and create short, medium and long-term forecasts (up to 24 month horizon) for a portfolio of SKUs, as well as NPD launches and promotional activity.
  • Play a key part in monthly S&OP reviews, aligning with Marketing, Finance, Retail, and Global Planning functions.
  • Identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and assumptions behind forecast changes.
  • Ensure data accuracy in planning systems and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning (ideally within FMCG/retail/beauty industries)
  • Strong communication skills with experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical, detail-focused and commercially aware
  • Able to influence and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
