Opportunity for an Experienced Demand Planner

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Demand Planner to join an expanding business. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for the Demand Plan. The Role

• Drive the end-to-end demand process utilizing LEAN initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Supply Planner to resolve supply and demand conflicts. Validate critical demand data (PLM, seasonality, family).
• Ensure forecast accuracy through statistical methods and additional intelligence.
• Input key customer forecasts.
• Manage unconstrained requirement plans, aggregation granularity, and overviews.
• Monitor and evaluate initiatives.
• Review the gap between demand plan and sales budget.
• Own the Demand Plan.
• Contribute to Demand strategy development.
• Participate in the Demand review S&OP process.
• Manage the Demand planning system.
• Ensure product changes are correctly implemented in the system.
• Manage internal and external insight feeds.
• Monitor demand reconciliation and gap closing.

The Candidate

• Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain or Demand Planning roles.
• Advanced analytical skills (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet).
• Experience with demand systems (desirable).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., M365, NetSuite).
• Understanding of Lean and S&OP processes (desirable).
