Job Description
  1. Improve forecast accuracy and develop strategies to enhance forecasting processes.
  2. Align forecast accuracy with factory stock management and review security stock policies based on specific challenges.
  3. Develop action plans to resolve service issues and reduce waste levels.
  4. Conduct business analysis and derive insights to improve operational processes.
  5. Collaborate with factories across Europe, particularly those operating on push flow systems, to provide market insights and activity updates.
  6. Support and manage seasonal demand increases, such as Easter, Christmas, and promotional periods.
  7. Forecast chilled desserts and oversee stock control measures.
The Successful Candidate
  • Proven experience in a similar forecasting or demand planning role, preferably within chilled supply chain.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data interpretation abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Effective influencing and communication skills.
