Job summary

Salt in the United Kingdom is seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing / Demand Generation Senior Specialist to drive B2B lead generation across digital, paid social, email and content. Based in Leicester with hybrid working, you'll build multi-channel campaigns, manage Google/LinkedIn/Meta ads, develop email nurturing, and improve conversions through

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing or demand generation within B2B technology or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
• Experience with CRM, email marketing and automation.
• Strong understanding of B2B funnels and lead nurturing.
• Analytical mindset with reporting ability and copywriting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise multi-channel demand-generation campaigns across verticals.

Digital Marketing / Demand Generation Senior Specialist £35-45K | Leicester (hybrid)

Ready to make your mark in a growing technology business? We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on Digital Marketing / Demand Generation Senior Specialist to drive B2B lead generation across digital, paid social, email and content. Our client is an established UK technology business operating across VoIP, business broadband, cloud communications and emerging AI technology - including AI-powered phone systems and voice agents. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, visible impact and plenty of scope to grow.

What you'll do

• Build and optimise multi-channel demand-generation campaigns - targeting a number of verticals from SME to Enterprise customers
• Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn and Meta campaigns
• Develop email marketing and lead-nurturing campaigns
• Improve website conversion through landing pages and A/B testing
• Analyse campaign performance
• Identify opportunities to increase qualified B2B leads and pipeline
• Work closely with content, design and SEO specialists
• Explore emerging areas such as GEO, AEO and AI search

What we're looking for

• You’ll have 3+ years' digital marketing or demand-generation experience within B2B technology, SaaS, telecoms or an agency.
• Hands-on Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta experience
