Job summary

Games Workshop is seeking a Production Planner for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our head office in Nottingham. You will generate live production plans that respond to demand changes, ensuring we manufacture the right products on time.

The role focuses on planning the plastics packing area to align capacity and drive efficiencies. You will work collaboratively across manufacturing, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail‑oriented planner with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to collaborate across manufacturing areas to deliver aligned plans.
• Experience in production planning to respond to demand changes.

Responsibilities

• Generate live production plans aligned to capacity and demand.
• Adjust production plans in response to changes to ensure on-time manufacture.
• Coordinate with plastics packing, warehouse and other manufacturing areas to guarantee component availability.
