Job summary

LWC Drinks Northampton is seeking a reliable Van Driver / Driver's Mate to join our Warehouse & Distribution team. The role combines delivery duties with supporting warehousing tasks, requiring flexibility and strong customer service.

You will load and unload, plan routes, complete delivery documentation, and ensure safety and compliance at all times. The successful candidate will represent LWC Drinks professionally at customer sites and across depots.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence appropriate for the vehicle being driven.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across warehouse and delivery duties.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; reliable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver in preparing the vehicle and daily checks.
• Load products safely and accurately for delivery.
• Deliver to customers and obtain proof of delivery.
• Plan routes using run sheets and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Return empty cases and gas bottles to the depot.
• Support warehouse operations when not delivering.
