Qualifications

• 2–4 years recruitment experience
• Stability: ideally worked at no more than 1–2 companies
• Delivery-focused mindset with account-management potential
• Strong relationship-building instincts with candidates

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, engaging, managing and closing candidates for roles already open
• Maintain and leverage relationships with clients and candidates
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure successful placements and satisfactory client outcomes
