Job summary

Savers in Sutton is hiring a Delivery Supervisor on a part-time basis. You’ll help ensure the store is fully stocked and presented to a high standard, working with the Store and Assistant Manager.

The role offers flexible morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, with salary at £13.65 per hour. You’ll lead and coach the delivery team, supporting the store’s goals and helping you grow into a leadership role within Savers, where you are valued as part of the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop skills in others.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store is well stocked and presented to a high standard.
• Lead and coach the delivery team in collaboration with Store/Assistant Manager.
• Support and contribute to a smooth, efficient delivery operation.
