Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty is seeking a Delivery Supervisor in Havant. The role involves leading the delivery team to maintain stock levels and store presentation, working alongside store leadership.

The position is part-time with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail experience, enjoys developing skills, and is passionate about the products sold.

• 1+ years of retail experience
• Willingness to develop skills to support others
• Interest in products the store sells

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach delivery team to keep store stocked and well-presented
• Assist store and assistant manager in daily operations
• Ensure high standards of presentation and customer service

Location: Havant

Hours per week: 12 hours with the opportunity to work more hours.

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour
