Job summary

Comex 2000 is delivering major fibre network upgrades across the UK, and we are seeking an experienced Delivery Supervisor to lead civils teams on the ground. This hands-on role oversees excavation, duct installation, reinstatement, street works, and fibre infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and right-first-time results.

You will supervise day-to-day civils works, lead field teams and subcontractors, monitor quality and programme performance, and review permits and work

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civils, fibre, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, reinstatement, street works, and network build activities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts and teams.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day delivery of telecoms civils works.
• Leading field teams and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Ensuring compliance with NRSWA, Health & Safety and client requirements.
• Monitoring quality, productivity, and programme performance.
• Reviewing permits, plans, and work packs before work begins.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Driving a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
