About the role

We are seeking a Transport Supervisor to oversee our busy delivery operation. You will be responsible for managing a team of drivers and pickers, motivating them to meet daily targets. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, as we are committed to customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for

Ensuring the Delivered Department complies with company policies and procedures, maintaining consistency across the team.

Communicating management information effectively to relevant team members.

Supervising and maintaining a safe environment for colleagues and customers, reporting any health & safety concerns to management.

Promoting and driving the brand image through product knowledge and excellent customer service, ensuring company guidelines are followed.

Supporting the delivery manager in ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with legal requirements.

Planning, supervising, and coordinating tasks to ensure timely completion of all duties.

You will need

Experience supervising a small to medium-sized team in a warehouse or transport setting.

Experience working in a customer-focused environment.

Management CPC qualification would be advantageous.
